Efficient Medical Consultation Process

Step 1

Call the clinic to schedule an appointment and provide preliminary health information.

Step 2

The doctor will call the patient back to ask for detailed information about their health condition and guide them on necessary tests that can be done at home.

Step 3

A healthcare worker will visit the patient's home to collect samples for testing (if necessary).

Step 4

After receiving the test results, the patient should visit the clinic at the scheduled time to meet with the doctor. The doctor will provide consultation and treatment options within 15 minutes. The patient will receive medication and complete the consultation process without any waiting time.
